How to organize 19 developments on one website so buyers find the right one: the Oikos case

With 19 developments, three seals and a client area, a developer's website needs a clear path to the property that suits each visitor. See how the Oikos catalog does it.

The challenge, in numbers

There are 19 developments, each with its own page. Three seals (Domus, Nobilis and Makarios), each with its own identity. Eight institutional pages, a client area and a map. In a single list, the visitor would have to go through everything to find what they are looking for.

The solution: a catalog with filters

The central screen of the website is the "Escolha seu Oikos" catalog. It lets visitors filter the developments by construction stage, type, location, seal and size.

Each project has its own page, with construction stage, size, bedrooms, parking spaces and floors right at the top, and a contact form. The interactive map on the home page shows where the developments are.

What is behind it

  • A custom WordPress theme, with day-to-day content in the hands of the Oikos team.
  • Client area highlighted in the menu.
  • Domain change and launch done by Andrade Lab.
  • 99 out of 100 for accessibility on Google Lighthouse.

What if your case is similar?

Imagine a visitor who knows the region and the size they are looking for, but not the name of any development. A catalog with filters serves that scenario. If your company has many products, properties or services, it is worth thinking about how the visitor will get to the right one.
