Automations · Andrade Lab
Less repetitive work.
More clarity in the process.
Automations connect steps that today depend on copying data, updating spreadsheets or tracking information across separate systems. Andrade Lab studies the routine before defining what to automate and where a person's participation remains necessary.
01Automations
What can be connected
The scope can involve systems, spreadsheets, CRM and WhatsApp. The project starts from a defined flow, with the integrations chosen for that routine.
02Automations
The tool comes after the process
First, the input data, the sequence of steps and the expected result are identified. Then the flow is built and connected to the necessary tools. n8n, Make, Zapier and Supabase are among the technologies presented by the studio; the choice depends on the case.
03Automations
AI only when it helps
AI is applied when it reduces repetitive work or improves a decision, with a defined goal for the task. When rules and integrations are enough, the solution goes without AI.
04Automations
An example from the studio's own operation
Andrade Lab's proposal panel brings together a single link, online approval and digitally signed contracts: automation in use in the studio's operation.
05Frequent questions
Questions,
answered.
Does every automation use AI?
No. AI comes in when it saves time or improves a decision; many routines are solved with integrations and rules.
Can any system be integrated?
Systems with an API or data export can be integrated. In the first conversation, the studio evaluates the tools involved in the routine.
Which routines can be evaluated?
Repetitive routines with clear rules: copying data between systems, updating spreadsheets, sending confirmations, tracking steps in the CRM or on WhatsApp.
How does an automation project start?
It starts by mapping the current routine: what is done, in which tools and where the repetitive work is. From there, the studio proposes the flow.
Have a project in mind?
Tell me the problem.
We start from it.
A process stuck in the daily routine, data copied by hand between systems or a routine consuming the team. Reach me on WhatsApp or by e-mail.
